Guest Requirements & Occupancy

Maximum Occupancy: For safety and comfort, the property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. This limit is strictly enforced to comply with local fire safety regulations.
Minimum Age: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 28 years of age and must be present for the duration of the stay. We may request a valid ID for verification upon booking or arrival.

Check-in & Check-out

Arrival: Welcome! Check-in begins at 15:00.
Departure: Please check out by 12:00. This allows our cleaning team to prepare the space for the next arrival.
Late Check-out: If your plans change, please contact us via phone or email. Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur a fee.

House Rules

Guest Access: To ensure the safety of all residents, please do not share access codes with unregistered guests. Only the 6 guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property.
Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 09:00. Large gatherings and parties are strictly prohibited.
Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
No-Pet Policy: EKOS maintains a pet-free environment to accommodate guests with allergies.
Security: Please ensure all windows are closed and doors are securely locked when leaving the property.
Prohibited Activities: The use of illegal substances is strictly forbidden.

Swimming Pool Rules

Swim at Your Own Risk: There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests assume full responsibility for their safety while using the pool area.
Supervision: Children under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Safety First: No diving, jumping, or running in the pool area. Please use the pool steps for entry and exit.
Glass-Free Zone: For safety, no glass bottles or glassware are permitted near the pool.
Hygiene: Please shower before entering the pool to help maintain water quality. Children who are not toilet-trained must wear approved swim diapers.
Operating Hours: The pool is available for use all hours. Please respect quiet hours in the pool area.
Maintenance: Guests are prohibited from tampering with pool equipment, chemicals, or heaters.
